This magnificent residence will comfortably sleep up to 16 guests, comprising of 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 open plan living, and wonderful alfresco dining.
This home is absolutely perfect for that relaxing breakaway and it's cleverly designed to accommodate all types of families, groups of friends, golfers, and the list goes on. It offers 2 complete residences under one roof. The open plan set up of the home allows friends and family and children to socialise and commune but also have their own space.
The seamless indoor/outdoor flow offers an easy connection for outdoor alfresco dining which offers possibly the best views SA has to offer.
You can hire the whole residence or just one level for smaller groups.

Summary: Normanville a beautiful place to stay. Wonderful scenery lovely beaches and fishing. Locals very friendly. Wouldn’t recommend the house we stayed in, it was the most dirtiest accommodation I have ever stayed in, the house itself was lovely and in a great location but it hasn’t been cleaned properly for a long time

Summary: All the outside bins were already 3/4 full so was really hard to fit rubbish in, there were 2 pillows short and pillows were very soft, sliding door to outside very difficult to open and close. Overall stay was good house was nice.

Summary: A great property perfectly accommoating 8 adults, 8 kids and a design over 2 levels, everyone had there own space and faciliites catered for. The balcony was fabulous to overlook the golf course and very nearby golf club.

Summary: Overall lovely Shame the tables were obviously 2nd hand & shabby compared to the rest of the great decor Trundle bed downstairs broken. Slats kept falling out & the person sleeping in it kept waking half on the floor Upstairs bedroom next to kitchen needs a rail for clothes as nowhere to put them Also need a lot more hooks to hang things especially in hall for coats. The view was spectacular Such a joy to sit on the deck & look at it
