****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. The lake refill is anticipated to begin on December 1, 2025****

Situated on a 1 acre lot this 4200 Sq ft. home has 7 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, & 2 Full kitchens and 2 living rooms! Sleeps 18 in beds. This lakeside paradise has ample outdoor living space with a huge front porch equipped with ping pong table & large covered back porch with scenic views of lake. This is the perfect property to bring the whole family for a lakeside getaway!
THE LAYOUT:
Main Floor: 3 bedrooms; 2 kings & 1 queen, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room + game room. large balcony with outdoor dining, large covered front porch with multiple sitting areas & ping pong table.
Downstairs: 4 bedrooms; 1 king, 1 twin day bed with trundle, 4 twin bunk beds & triple trunk with trundle. 1 bathroom. living room, kitchen, outdoor patio with porch swing & 2 floating hammock chairs.
Amenities include:
Floating covered dock, dining for 10 on each floor, Game room with tv, shuffle board, foosball, dartboard, tons of board & card games, ping pong table, 2 hammock floating swings, porch swing, fire pit, PlayStation & 3 gaming chairs. All the essentials for the comfort and enjoyment of the entire family.
General Info:
Guests may tie off boats & jet skis but cannot use lift. No Events, No parties. The water depth at the dock ranges from 6-8 ft. There is a boat ramp located in the neighborhood available upon request. 20 minutes from downtown Sparta where you can find groceries and a gas station.

Summary: Great house! The management team was wonderful to deal with! We had a great time celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday and will definitely be back! We rented the pontoon boat from them as well. Everything was perfect!

Summary: From the first step into the home, we felt welcomed. As each of our family members walked in the house they felt the warmth. The home was exact as the photos showed. There was plenty of space for all of us. Sitting on the back porch was so peaceful and having my coffee early in the morning, loved it. While there we were able to create new memories. And Kellie was so responsive and attentive to us before, after, and during our stay. Our family wants to make this as part of our family plans yearly. Can’t wait until the next time.

Summary: We chose this property because of the 7 bedrooms. 3 are upstairs with one being a very large master with ensuite bathroom. The other 2 are on the other side with a bathroom in between them. The kitchen has a very large island which we used a lot. There was very little room, however, to store canned, boxed, or other types of non-refridgerated food. The downstairs is a mirror of upstairs with another master bedroom with an attached bathroom that also opens to the hall for access for the other bedrooms. That kitchen does have a pantry closet. outside is lovely but not enough outdoor furniture. We loved the dock for fishing and the fire pit for roaring fires every night. The large front porch and ping pong table was fun too! There were 15 of us and we had enough room but we did have to seat some at the large bar to all be together for the Thanksgiving meal as the table only seats 8 comfortably. Some went exploring in the little downtown area of Sparta but there is not much there! This is perfect as a true getaway!

Summary: This is our second year staying at this property because it offers everything we need for a nice, short getaway. We appreciate the commitment to make sure all of the basics are provided, like coffee, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels. We brought some of these items with us, but it was nice to know they had us covered if we forgot something. It is always a pleasure to stay here!

Summary: This house was perfect for my family of 14! The house was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools, and we loved that there were 2 kitchens! Plenty of games and activities to keep the kids entertained and two great porches to hang out on. Loved this house and had great communication with the property manager. Definitely recommend!
