Positive: Such a wholesome stay!! We were welcomed by the host Nikola’s family they provided a brief history, recommendations, and most importantly made us feel at home immediately. Such a great position, it walkable from the bus station or you can catch a taxi for about €15. The sunset and the view of old town was phenomenal. Close to the beach and beach clubs. Cute little grocery market across the road that we were able to buy essentials. The apartment nicely decorated, comfortably and the hospitality was outstanding. Topped off by Nikola’s kindness and attentiveness. Highly recommend

Positive: It was an absolutely fantastic stay! The location was perfect, putting us within easy walking distance of all the major attractions and beautiful beaches. We loved being able to explore the city's highlights without needing to rely on transportation. What truly made our trip special, however, was our wonderful host. They went above and beyond, not only making us feel welcome but also taking the time to share the complete history of the city. It was a fascinating and insightful experience that added so much depth to our visit. Their knowledge and passion truly shone through. Positive: Our stay at Nikola’s place was absolutely wonderful! He was a very caring and attentive host. Despite having a leg injury, Nikola immediately brought us bottled water and later came back again with a laptop so we could connect it to the TV and watch movies and cartoons — something that was really important to us. The room was clean and cozy, with perfectly pressed bed linens. It had everything we could need: soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (a rarity in Ulcinj!), as well as coffee, tea, sugar, and even cooking oil. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the air conditioner kept the room cool, which was a lifesaver in the heat. Nikola speaks an additional English language, which made conversations very easy. He was always available, responding to messages within five minutes, which was reassuring and made us feel well taken care of. The view from the apartment is stunning, and having two balconies was perfect for enjoying breakfast with beautiful scenery. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!
