Summary: The property was nice the staff was great! Some areas from the outside needed some touch up. With all honesty I did not like the food at all, it was so bland I was expecting Mexican food but it was nothing like I expected it.

Summary: This resort is in a perfect location. Easy quick walk to shopping, other restaurants, groceries. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The SunClub is a nice touch for selective drinks, snacks and seating. Raymundo and Simon at the swim up bar are the very best. Lots of activities and entertainment if you chose.

Summary: Upon arrival you are greeted with smiles and helpful staff to gather luggage and help you to check you in. English speaking friendly staff in the front of the hotel. Unfortunately you are then inundated with staff required to offer you specials and deals they offer through the hotel, and do not take “no” for an answer easily. Throughout the rest of your stay anytime you walk through the front to the elevator to get to your room, you will be offered deals and promotions. This gets very tiresome over a weeks time. The hotel itself is dated and was constantly being under repair in various spaces throughout the hallways and ceilings. The amazing part about this hotel is the staff and food. I am vegan and was worried about not having choices during my weeks stay, But I had nothing to worry about. The chefs prepared special breakfast, and dinners for me everyday upon request. The food was always fresh and delicious. Served with love and care. The staff there was amazing and I’d love to give a shout out to the people who made an impact during our stay. Arturo - made sure I had vegan dinner every night Héctor- food server always knew I wanted white wine Leonides- attentive server always had our table and food ready Alejandro- serve drinks poolside with Grace Sergio- english-speaking friendly helped out with ATM confusion Alicia - super friendly and always helped us in the morning with breakfast Yessica - amazing energetic tour guide for bicycles Henry- super fun activity director

Summary: It Is okay nice hotel but kind small in the pool area ,the host at the restaurants kind of rude to others waitress when they try to give us better seating for the family they seem unorganized on the restaurants service, very unhappy workers
