Positive: Great having the shuttle from and to airport. Delicious breakfast included, and plentiful dinner is also available if needed, at extra cost. Safe, peaceful accomodation close to airport. Fan tastic massages available too.

Negative: I have been coming to Sunrock for over 10 years. I do feel that the fantastic standards that I have come to expect have dropped a bit. The bedding has been worn at times- eg a pillowcase was very frayed and a sheet had a hole in it on 2 separate occasions.The towels used to be fluffy and soft, but now they are very thin and not great at all. Also, the last time when I arrived late at night after a huge flight day and was super thirsty, there was no bottled water as is usually provided in the room, and when I asked for some water at the bar counter reception, I was begrudgingly given first one small bottle from inside the bar fridge, and had to plead for more.

Positive: Hotel room was huge, bathroom nice and big too. Bed was large and exceptionally comfortable. Our hotel room was ready by 9am which was a nice surprise. They collected our uber eats. The dinner at the hotel was delicious and good value. The gym has a pretty decent range of equipment.

Negative: The smiths bar at the gym didn't work.
