Positive: Very clean and very quiet, relative to hotels around touristy places, of course. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to the Ha Noi Airport and they offered paid private transportation to the airport. It was worth it. Close to local restaurants and cafes.

Negative: There’s really nothing that stood out that was negative about the property. Although the breakfast may not be what customers were expecting, we had no issues with it. We had soup for breakfast.

Summary: Highly recommended for gearing down after a busy vacation. Spacious and clean.

Positive: This was my final overnight stop for an early flight home the following day. It is ideally close to the airport and the owner drpped me there in the morning for 80vnd. Its probably the cleanest place I've stayed throughout my travels round Vietnam, the room is basic but the bed was comfortable and theres a good shower. I would recommend requesting a room away from the elevator and not one above reception if you want an early night, as the elevator chimes every time the doors open and close and the families toddlers stay up late in the reception area directly below the window. Unlike the description, there is no restaurant, which was a key factor of my choice when I booked. A basic breakfast is served in the breakfast lounge for guests. The staff are pleasant and welcoming. All in all, it was cheap and once the children were in bed and everyone on the same floor had stopped using the lift, the room ticked the boxes for an overnight airport stop off.

Negative: Noise from the elevator and children in reception till late whilst I'd hoped for an early night. There is NOT a restaurant here as is described on Booking.coms website.

Positive: Very conveniently located and perfect for a place to rest/freshen up at before your next flight. The staff were really kind and agreed to let me check me in early morning. They helped me with pick-up and a drop-off to the airport as well.

Positive: Good location - close to the airport (you can see from the top floor), surrounded by greenery. I like that it's in a small alley, so it was quiet. Close enough to the main street to walk there for other meals if needed. Almost brand new hotel (opened 2 months ago) - so very clean. New interiors. New aircon and fridge. Comfortable pillows. Good supply of consumables if needed (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, usual tea and coffee, water bottles, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste). I had luggage so very much appreciated the hotel having a lift. Spacious room. I travelled for work so specifically chose one with a working table. Polite, friendly and very helpful staff (also the owners amongst other people). Excellent communication for arrangement of a paid ride. Not the cheapest in the area, but new and clean. Excellent for a short stay.

Negative: Simple fixed breakfast - not a big deal for me, it's convenient to have something within the hotel itself on top floor.

Positive: We were only here for a few hours. Due to a very early flight, it was perfectly located to ensure we were at the airport on time. The room was clean and staff were very considerate. They organised our trip to the airport at 4.30am and it arrived on time.

Positive: Fantastic staff who were fabulous at communicating and accommodating for our requests. Great location close to the airport – less than 10 minutes by airport transfer. Big room with sizable bathroom, fast wifi

Negative: Could have been a bit cleaner. Our shower drain seemed to not have been cleaned in a while so the bathroom flooded at first, and we had a few insects in the room. I assume this is from non-use for a while. However, this did not take away from our stay.

Positive: The modern design and new feel. Large room and comfortable bed with a lively modern bathroom.

Negative: The hotel is so new it is not on the Grab map so we couldn’t get any food delivered and to get a Grab to collect us the next morning we had to order one to a nearby hotel. Also the breakfast was all Vietnamese food which most people from the West are not keen on first thing in the morning. There also didn’t seem to be an attendant there and you had to pay extra for a drink. Noodles, rice and chicken had just been left on a table (uncovered) for people to help themselves to. We left and didn’t eat anything.
