Positive: Amazing place, one of the best I have ever stayed. Huda helped really quickly with the question regarding wifi, as I needed good internet for my work. Amazing view from apartment, all amenities, very comfortable. They have gym and a lot of open spaces. Jacuzzi is clean and functional. I do recommend to try this place.

Positive: The property was perfect, spacious, clean, well equipped, comfortable set in idyllic surroundings. It is a little piece of perfection hidden away in the most magical settings.
Negative: There was nothing not to like. It had everything and more. Daily hot tub sessions set in the mountains with a glass of wine…what more can anyone want?

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is located on a hill, offering a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley — very peaceful and scenic. Houda was very welcoming, explained everything to us and showed us around. She also kindly drove us to the bus station so we could travel to Turin, which we truly appreciated. We loved our stay very much. Houda, you have a wonderful place to relax!😃

Positive: Such a lovely place to stay! Due to the strong winds, we were unable to use the outside jacuzzi. The host made sure we could use the spa jacuzzi for no extra charges. Such a nice gesture, we loved it! Amazing place, would definitely stay again!

Positive: The location, the jacuzzi with a great view of mountains, the apartment was clean and spacious
Negative: The communication could be definitively better: keys provided with lock box while the hosts are available in the same place (much better to have a nice introduction face to face), no information how to use the jacuzzi, when or where to go, the same for sauna and all other amazing available facilities. Furthermore, the heating is with pellets but no information how to use the stove. Finally, no information about Internet and password if not requested. The hosts did not ever ask us how was our stay when leaving the apartment, like they were not really interested to know their client feedback. I believe that an improvement in the communication from the hosts would make this place a dream for all lovers of winter landscaping.

Positive: The setting is stunning and the service by the hosts is incredibly personal and warm. I really can't overstate both of those qualities. Surrounded by mountains and in close proximity to an amazingly charming town, you also feel like the hosts want to do whatever they possibly can to make your stay special. It is truly the perfect place for a tranquil get away.

Positive: Excellent host, easy to get hold of. Jacuzzi overlooking the mountains was very enjoyable. Rooms were spacious with good kitchen facilities. Also, local walks were very beautiful.
Negative: The appartments are spread over quite a wide area. If you are booking more than one, it would be worth contacting the property to make sure you have them close together.

Positive: The area is beautiful, My girlfriend had her birthday and after I asked the staff to arrange a cake and flowers they did it with pleasure. They did everything to make us feel comfortable. They even gifted us a bottle of Prosecco so we can celebrate my Girlfriends Birthday in the night in the outside Hot Tub. It was an amazing experience. Plus points for the staff because they speak English.. It's not easy to find in Italy.
Negative: Everything was perfect.
