Positive: Everything was super great!! In reception already start warmly and homely, Mr. Ali every day asked if everything was okay and I felt cared myself 🥰 The room and shower room too, were very clean and beautiful, overlooking the sea, with a large balcony. Here was the very care and friendly Mr. Aziz. Fruits, sweets, nuts and wine were brought into the room 😇 Soft drinks are a good choice in the frige. Animation were friendly and nice young people. Every night was a great show! And the meal in the restaurant was so tasty and versatile!! Even too good! 😋🥰 SUPER HOTEL IN HURGHADA 🌞👍👌 I dare to recommend to everyone!

Positive: The level of service exceeded our expectations. The staff was consistently attentive, fast, incredibly friendly, and showed a genuine love for children. They had an uncanny ability to anticipate our needs - sometimes before we even voiced them. A special mention must be made of our personal butler, Mina, whose attentiveness and dedication were quite remarkable. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect, and who was always going the extra mile. Regarding the housekeeping, supervisor Aziz deserves our deepest gratitude for his generosity and prompt attention to requests we had regarding our room. Our housekeeper was very kind and attentive as well.Their efforts elevated our experiences. We felt not just welcomed, but somehow at home with dear friends who were striving to go above and beyond. Finally, we left this beautiful place with a heavy heart but also with a strong desire to come back as soon as possible.

Negative: We were not particularly fond of the sometimes overly loud music during special events at the pool or beach area. A slightly lower volume would have made the entire event experience much more enjoyable. In the hotel rooms, however, it was quiet. The pillows were too firm and high, but that likely depends on personal preference. While the food in the various hotel restaurants was consistently good, there were a few moments when side dishes, such as salads, didn’t look very fresh - perhaps due to the extremely hot weather… However, overall, everything else was excellent.

Summary: The exceptional hotel staff made our experience unforgettable.

Positive: Our villa had a huge space (2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and nice garden with pool). The garden had many shadow (which was comfortable during the midday hours). The Posh Club lounge was about a few steps from our garden door, we had all the breakfast there. Amazing and helpfull staff all around the lounge, restaurants and beach. Special thanks for Mina (our butler), who made our full vacation memorable. He could help us by our every needs. Thank you so much! We will be back.
