“Sunnyside Up” is a Beautiful Newly Remodeled home, featuring 2 living quarters! The Main house features 2 large bedroom suites with attached bathrooms, large open concept living/dining and kitchen. Washer/dryer off dining area!! Detached living area includes a Queen Bedroom, Luxury Bathroom and Living area with Built in Bunk bed area!! Queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress.
Absolutely perfect for Large groups!!
Both areas include brand new LVP flooring, Updated bathrooms, new cabinets & appliances. New top of the line memory foam mattresses.
High quality sheets and pillows.
There is a Kuering/Coffee Maker combo machine.
Outdoors you will find 4 oversized white Adirondack chairs and an outdoor dining table for 6. The backyard is fully fenced providing 10’ of privacy all the way around.
Large driveway for enough parking for 4 cars.
There is a 4 seater golf cart available for additional fee, please message me for details.
Sunnyside is a quiet golf cart friendly community that has everything you need within a golf cart rides distance. Gas station, grocery, wine/liquor store, restaurants, Thomas’ Donuts and Ice Cream, The Ol Beach Bar, Whiskeys and of course the Beach!!
There is a propane grill provided. Renters are responsible for their own propane.
We can have a propane service deliver one to the house for $75 or you are welcome to take the tank yourself for an exchange at the local gas stations or grocery. There is a good chance you may show up and there be propane in the current tank on the grill from previous guests, but we can’t guarantee that! If you will need us to provide a full tank please allow us 24 hours to have tank delivered.
