Positive: Wow..... what a hidden gem. The area was quiet and peaceful. It was very easy to find. There was so much space, everything you could need for a long stay was provided. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was a very generous supply of good quality cereals and toast left in the well stocked kitchen. We only stayed for 1 night but fully intend going back there every time we stay in Oxford in the future.

Negative: I honestly can not think of anything that could have been done better.

Positive: My sister and I stayed at the annexe for the weekend as we were attending a family party at Waterperry Gardens. It was a perfect location for this. Oxford city centre was very easily accessible by bus just across the road and we enjoyed a fabulous walk around the historic sites, rivers, canal and meadows. The annexe was very peaceful and comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.

Negative: The lack of a kitchen sink was a bit troublesome. We managed for a two night break but any longer would have caused an issue I think. Also the shower was very temperamental, either boiling hot or freezing cold.

Positive: Very cosy annexe with everything I needed for a short overnight stay for work. Lovely and warm and a nice space to relax in rather than just staying in a hotel room. Cereal and coffee/tea plus milk left for me and a supermarket down the road so I got some bits for a light dinner.

Positive: Was a lovely stay at Sunnyside, beds were comfy and the room itself was done to a very high standard. The breakfast cereal and tea/coffee/milk were a much welcome sight after a morning of travelling

Positive: Quiet little studio, in a very convenient location for us. Really well kitted out with everything required. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Communication with owners was prompt and helpful.Would love to stay again.

Negative: No sink in the kitchen area, but that was made clear in the description so it wasn't a surprise. Not a problem for us at all.
