Quiet & Peaceful Oasis close to activities! Open & Airy Single Level home with Sparkling Pool (unheated) and Large, Lush Backyard awaits you! This well-laid out, Air-Conditioned Home has Space for Everyone, and includes a Well-Stocked Kitchen, a Smart 50” TV, High Speed Wireless Internet, & W/D. Gorgeous Pool features Table with In-Pool seating and Delightful Waterfall. The Primary Suite features a King size “Purple” bed, Full En-Suite BA, Large Walk-in Closet, & Dedicated Workspace. Bedroom 2 features a Queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has two XL Twin beds. Relax & Enjoy a Beverage by the Pool, Dine Al-Fresco, take in Ballgames at nearby Surprise Stadium or Peoria Sports Complex, or play one of the 9 nearby Golf Courses. You may also enjoy walking the Paved Paths throughout the Neighborhood, hiking the nearby White Tank Mountains, or exploring all of the nearby Dining & Shopping options. Close to TopGolf, State Farm Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District, Phoenix Raceway, Wildlife World Zoo, Digiplex Surprise Imax, Desert Diamond Casino, & Lake Pleasant Regional Park.

Insurance requires renters to be 25 years of age or older. No Parties or Events.
Security: There is a combination lock on front door; a Ring Doorbell Camera; two exterior security cameras pointing toward the street on the west and the east sides of the house, and a security camera inside the garage.
No open flames, candles, etc. of any type.
Like many AZ pools, it is not heated or fenced (sliding door has pool alarm option)
Luke AFB is located in a neighboring town, jets can be seen/heard during weekdays. Occasionally on weekends.
Two parking spaces available in driveway.
No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or anything beyond our control.

Summary: We loved this house. It was so cozy and great location. Our son was playing baseball at Surprise Stadium and it was a quick drive each morning. The pool was the best! After a long hot day at the field we were able to cool off and relax by the pool. We enjoyed nightly dinners at the dining table (fit all of us). Very clean and had everything we needed plus some extras. Thank you! We will probably be back next year for baseball.

Summary: We had a wonderful time ! They had fun games to play, like corn hole and giant jinga, which kept the whole family engaged ! House was very clean and the backyard is great !I wish we had known the pool wasn’t heated - we tired getting in but it was just too cold

Summary: This property is conveniently situated near the Royals' Spring Training fields, which is a definite plus. The management team was very responsive and very accommodating throughout our stay. We did face some unusually cool weather for a few days, and I appreciated how effectively we were able to communicate with management to adjust the home's temperature. We enjoyed the walking trail, convenience of restaurants and nearby shopping. We would definitly rent again.
