Positive: We had a pleasant stay at the apartment. The location was great, just a short walk from the main square. The facilities were clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, including kitchenware, a kettle, iron, TV, and reliable Wi-Fi. Fresh towels and bedsheets were provided. Good communication with the apartment admins. Overall, it's a good apartment for a short stay, and the added security on-site gave us extra peace of mind.

Negative: There was a slight sewage smell from the bathroom, but we’re unsure if this was a one-off due to nearby construction. Also, the terrace view didn’t match the photos, as there is currently a building site behind the property. One minor issue was a leak from the small shower head, but we used the larger one without any problem.

Summary: Great location in city centre.

Positive: the location was perfect, 10 min walk from the old town, the town hall and the cathedral. the apartment was super modern and well furnished, the apartment was very clean. the garage facility was also great. the communikation with the host was very good and we get all the info we could need. the house where the apartment was located was only a few years old and the area was very clean and modern

Negative: We had a little problem with our assigned space in the garage, as the space was occupied by another car, and the host didn't really know how to solve that problem, we were a bit disappointed about that. However, the problem was solved the next day and the host apologized for the problem and then everything was fine. The sofa bed that was in the apartment was not very good for us, but ok we are big people and too heavy for the sofa bed, so we didn't sleep very well. BUT I'm sure that the sofa bed should be comfortable for smaller people. Ultimately it's our own fault, as we knew that a sofa bed probably wasn't good for us. It's also a shame that there is no longer a view of the Varta River, because of a newly built house in front of the apartment.

Positive: Within walking distance of shops, bus & tram stops and train stations. Apartment in building with secure entrance to both the "community" spaces and each block. Lift was working which is always a positive.

Positive: It was all good but AC didn't have a fan speed that I use at home. Bu i do not count it as bad point
