Positive: It was one of my best stays in Georgia. The owners were very kind and helpful. And the breakfast was very good. Thank you Sunny Days for the great experience. I definitely recommend it!

Positive: The overal review rate is MIDDLE due to confused experience. Please read first what we did not like: The review rate is 1 When we arrived at the location of Sunny Days Borjomi, we were asked "what do we do here?" by a drunk person. The young guy was trying to find 3 rooms for us and we ended up receiving completely different rooms to what we booked originally, with very dirty EVERYTHING (common areas, beds, kitchen, cutlery, bathrooms...) after our complaint, within the next 15 minutes l, the owner has moved us to a different hotel Borjomi Classic Hotel (the same owner). Which was exactly what we booked for and even better. What did we like: The review rate is 9 The owner was responsive and apologised multiple time for everything happened during check in. The Borjomi Classic Hotel was really good, with comfy rooms, beds and clean bathrooms. Breakfast was very good who served an extremely pleasant grandma! Definitely recommending in staying Borjomi Classic Hotel.

Positive: The lady at breakfast was very kind and refilled the plates each time we finished the food. They charged us less :)

Negative: A lot of small bugs in the room. No plastic bag in trash can , only one trash can (only in bathroom).

Positive: I liked the staff which was very helpful. The place was clean and the location is also good (close to the market and the main road).

Negative: I didn't like the fact that it said it had aircon and in fact it hadn't. We had to make do with fans. Also, the fact that not all windows had drapes and being on the first floor it kind of made it awkward.
