Summary: we stayed in this cozy yet spacious home for ten days. it was the perfect place from which to do all the things we needed while in San Francisco. Barry is a thoughtful, communicative host and his home is well-appointed with everything we needed. i’d stay here again for sure!

Summary: This home was a great spot for our family of four — two adults and two teens. We did some college tours and explored the city. I loved that it had parking and was close to the highway and the airport and allowed us easy access to the rest of the city. The owner was super responsive with communication and I love that coffee was available and the home has a kitchen with everything you need. Would love to stay again.

Summary: We were delighted, AGAIN, with our stay at Barry's place. I think we've done this 4 times, and we hope that this continues indefinitely! The apartment is spotless, the area is very quiet, the easy access to BART, light rail and buses makes visiting the whole city a breeze. Our daughter and her family are close by, and visiting them is a nice 10 minute stroll.Barry's special coffee continues to create a happy start to my days. Our grandson, age 2, LOVES to come over to play here. He likes all the space in the living room for playing with some of his toys, and thinks it's a great adventure to go walking around the neighborhood. It would be hard to imagine another place offering us all that this apartment does!

Summary: This house is in a great neighborhood. Can walk to Mission. Also, easy to call for an Uber or Waymo. A parking spot is included. The flat was clean, full of light, and in a safe area. Loved having a bidet. Barry was responsive, warm, and even left some goodies. The house is well maintained and it was easy to feel at home. We felt comfortable, and would love to stay here again.

Summary: This was an incredible find! The property was spotless and in fantastic condition. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. And within walking distance of grocery markets, cafes, public transit and parks. We felt perfectly safe walking around. Our host communicated clear check-in and check-out instructions. And made sure we were accommodated during our trip. He provided toiletries, coffee and all kitchen accessories we could ever need. This is such a beautiful property, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

Summary: This was our second visit to Barry’s apartment, and we just had the best time! The apartment is clean, spacious, well equipped, and up-to-date. The neighborhood is wonderful for just strolling. Beautifully kept homes line all the streets. There’s easy access by walking to grocery stores, and all sorts of commerce. Quick access to light rail and Bart make travel anywhere into the city quick and pleasant. And Barry is always accessible and helpful. We can’t wait for another opportunity to return!
