Summary: Gorgeous neighborhood, within walking distance to restaurants. Was able to wash socks & underwear in middle of our 2 week trip, nice touch. Small kitchen with decent size fridge is very useful. Shower is small but gets the job done (I’m 6’2”).

Summary: Such a great cottage. Bed comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and functional. Sofa bed also comfortable. Location is great. Beautiful area. Cafe nearby with the best egg sandwiches I’ve ever had. Easy access to bus to go downtown. Owner was easy to communicate with. 10/10. Would definitely stay again. Perfect for a couple or solo traveller.

Summary: The cottage was delightful, seated in a charming garden in a great neighborhood. It was probably a garage way back when, but very well done for hosting now. The weather was cool, but the cottage was cozy and I was quite comfortable. It is an upstairs/downstairs arrangement and while it can fit 4 if you use the pullout couch, you would probably want just your kids downstairs on the couch since they would have to come up to the bedroom to use the bathroom. I was very comfortable working there, preparing my meals, and also jogging the neighborhood and Volunteer Park. A friend came for a meal and to hang out, and it felt like hosting at home. Very comfortable! I found a little gem.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this property again. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived.The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, yet it was still quiet and relaxing. The host was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out.We especially appreciated the attention to detail and how clean and organized everything was. It truly felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again in the future.

Summary: When looking at the pictures, I noticed that the coffee pot was one of the older styles (percolator) and brought my own pod coffee maker. Also, because the bedroom and shower is upstairs, it is something to be aware of if you are older. It is not far from downtown Seattle. Plenty of parking in front of the main house. The Host checked in to make sure we knew they were close by should we need anything. The setting outside is nice as well. We could not take advantage of it as it was raining…typical Seattle weather but had it been nice, it would have been lovely.
