Positive: What a spectacular hotel! Perfectly located for snorkelling and relaxing, the rooms have gorgeous views of the reef, staff go above and beyond, delicious coffee and amazing variety of restaurants for food options! Loved the availability of buggy’s to take you where you want to go. We could have spent a few weeks here!

Summary: Perfect place to stay for at least a week! Loved it!

Positive: A lovely private island resort. Spacious, quiet, peaceful and a wonderful staff that makes you feel really welcome and special. The ''whatsapp' group chat to talk to the team is a lovely touch. The maldives style villa with a glass floor is really nice (jacuzzi on the deck) and views of the sunrise. Impressive

Negative: The resort is in a need of a little TLC and refresh to modernise. Its well maintained but there's a lot more it could achieve for its full potential and impact.

Positive: Loved that our room faced the east so we were able to experience the beautiful sunrise. We also didn't have to go far to see the beautiful marine life of Palawan, it was just at the beach! We can easily go around the property either by the use of the bikes or calling for a buggy. The food at the Island cafe was also pretty good and offered fresh seafoods!

Negative: The rooms were quite old and looked neglected though quite spacious. The rooms are in need of an uplift. The inclusive breakfast in the room rate was not exciting because of the lack of variety. There was also some lack of communication between the front desk and the other departments like spa and the sport center. I had to go to the different departments to make sure that our booking was done since I didn't get any updates from the front desk.

Summary: It was a good stay but hoping they could improve more on their service.

Positive: The place itself is like a paradise with lots of things to do— either you kayak or snorkel or just chill at the beach or pool and enjoy the view. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. One thing to note I think: Would be really great if front desk would be more prompt and quick when dealing with concerns. Overall, we love our stay and we hope to come back again in the future with our kiddos 👦🏻👶

Positive: Love the amenities including the breakfast and the staff. Though was disappointed with the food not a lot of food choices and not fully satisfied even with the filipino food seems like not authentic. I was expecting a lot knowing the amount of money we are paying.

Positive: Location, great reef, good snorkelling, lovely pool. Korean bbq excellent.

Negative: Building work going on, arrived and planned to dive & told diving instructor was nt available. Fishing was nt available-fishing rods broken. Broken lights and wobbly taps in pool rooms. Everything not finished. Complained about diving not available & ignored. Unanswered emails before arrival. Very poor customer service.

Positive: Nice staff, though a little bit too relaxed concerning pick-up by buggy for example

Negative: I can't go directly into the water from my villa.... V79, only possible at the beach...4 min.walk Kayaking only in designated (small!!) area.. more for young children Construction work on the hill behind the villas, also during evening time.... drilling sounds and lorries hauling... Breakfast not what I expected... sticky tables, small variety of fruits and everything not well on display... could be a improved a lot It's too expensive for what I paid
