Positive: it was sold to me as a bed and breakfast... but I only got the BED. There was no BREAKFAST. A tin of ground coffee and a coffee perk were there. I made my own coffee each morning and had to go out for breakfast, When I asked about it, I was told they didn't serve it due to some regulations. I responded that Bookings said it was a bed and breakfast and was told by the employee who checked us in the day before that he would check it out... never happened and no one ever spoke to me about it, I would rent this location at this price again but being told it provided breakfast and not getting food was upsetting. 0 Stars for honesty.

Negative: Not getting the promised breakfast, Not having someone come by to say they checked it out and give a response.

Summary: Comfortable but small room, but they need to be honest about breakfast in their advertising.

Positive: The air conditioner/dehumidifier worked well, and quietly.

Negative: The house smelt like fish. The sheets were thread bare and rough. The bathroom was just generally inconvenient.

Positive: Decent price. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Looked like some aspects of the room were renovated in recent past. But other aspects, windows, shower, exterior of building are in need of renovation as well.

Positive: How close I was to everything!!! The wallpaper reminded me on my grand mother's house! Love the yellow flowers when you walk in. Very quiet place.

Negative: My mom didn't like there was lady bugs in our window coming from the cracks. Personnally, I don't mind them.

Negative: Check in was very unorganized. Wrong number to call for check in on the door, the person meeting us inside, was showing other guests my room, like it was available..I had to say it was my room..my room was very cold when I arrived. Paint peeling off on ceiling.

Positive: Location was good - other than Google Maps tried to take me to the place around the corner. Thankfully, I had the address and saw the street name.

Negative: The heat in the room had been set to 14, which is a little low, even for an empty room. And there was no heat at all in the bathroom and the door had been closed, so the floor in the room was very cold. I actually purchased a small space heater to put in the bathroom so it wasn't so cold I couldn't have a shower.
