Summary: Secure, spacious, quiet, friendly. Room not vacuumed, coffee not replenished, laundry not fresh, not ironed or folded properly. Room far too cold, unable to adjust the temperature, staff had to provide heater.

Summary: All the food is of excellent quality. The breakfast buffet is vast and varied. The bed was very comfortable. I will be staying there again in a couple of weeks before flying out of Oslo.

Summary: Love this place - we wish we had stayed here 2 nights instead of just 1. We got there late so were not able to enjoy the spa. Love the comfy sitting area in each room. The restaurant was fabulous - great dinner and service even though we got there close to closing time. View was nice. Really enjoyed this hotel! Highly recommend!!
