Positive: I was expecting this place to be more like a small roadside hotel, but it is actually a lovely inn, with a large lobby and updated rooms in a convenient location near Lake of the Ozarks.

Negative: I was there in a quiet time and many things had been disabled, such as the refrigerator and microwave, the television connection, and wifi. Since I was not moving food, the refrigerator and microwave were not a problem for me, but their disconnection might have been a problem for somebody who relied on them being active and ready upon arrival. I had to ask the front desk for help to get the TV to provide channels and the wifi did not work in my room. I called for help there, and one of the front desk staff indicated that, since the lobby had no issues, the problem was clearly with me. So I took my email and work up to the lobby for the evening. I think the other staff member eventually rebooted and things worked a bit better. Perhaps when the season is busy, everything works optimally in the room. The hotel is otherwise very lovely and clean, but it does not offer breakfast.
