Positive: The location and view were amazing, offering a breathtaking experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Despite a few issues, the overall atmosphere was welcoming and the setting truly memorable.

Negative: The outdoor pool was a disaster. It hadn’t been cleaned for days, with garbage everywhere and overflowing bins. Dirty towels were scattered across the pool area and bathroom floors. There were also alcohol bottles around the pool, and the pool water itself was dirty.

Positive: Rooms are very quiet and beds were excellent. Mattress and bedding was perfect. Love the generous bathroom.

Negative: Suncadia is in desperate need of an overhaul. Walls are very beat up, doors are gouged, carpets are stained. The elevators had loose parts ( car P1) and the elevators were very dirty. Walked through the lobby at 6:30am and there was trash and empty drink glasses everywhere each morning.

Summary: For the cost of the room I would say this was not worth the price. It was a big disappointment.

Positive: Breakfast was good. The staff had a hard time keeping up with demand.

Negative: The food trays and plates were empty before the staff replaced them. When I asked for a plate, the staff acted like it was a tremendous inconvenience to have to do that.
