Summary: The home is beautiful and the location is great..... but for it's price it needs upgrades on the interior and amenities. Both the main floor master bedroom's linen's had holes in them, sheets and comforters and they only provided two towels in the bathrooms. There is also no coffee machine, just a single cup Keurig. That is not acceptable for the price I paid to stay for the week.

Summary: The home and location is perfection but the communication with the property manager made our stay very frustrating. Zero communication about checking in, multiple messages ignored through the VRBO app and we were left to figure everything out on our own. If we go back to Suncadia I would choose a home managed by someone else.

Summary: The process of dealing with the property manager was great. He was very responsive to my emails. I was concerned prior to our stay when an online review gave the property one star. The review mentioned the home was in I’ll repair and un stocked with basic supplies. The home is very well-loved. Older furnishings, fixtures with visible wear. The kitchen was my biggest complaint. The utensils, pots and pans were very worn and of poor quality. I expected that since the house sleeps 16, there would be cookware that would accommodate a group of this size. Not the case. The place needs a restock of basic kitchen stuff.
