Positive: Late check-inn accommodated, front office staffer- Chimwemwe, was so receptive and agile, organized an after hours meal- thanks achimwene. Beautiful hotel, comfy bed, great buffet breakfast, mzuzu coffee 👌🏾, good gym, great value for money.

Negative: Though the carpets were clean, I personally prefer none-carprted rooms.
