Summary: Large spacious apartment within easy walking distance to lovely Clearwater beach and the host of resort amenities.The good size balcony was shaded and a little cool in a March breeze. There is new construction happening in the area but no significant noise or disruption. Overall we enjoyed our week in Clearwater Beach.

Summary: The condo was clean and had everything we needed - beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, etc. It was an easy two block walk to the beach and close to restaurants. There is a large construction project going on between the condo and the beach right now so the view and noise level isn't the best but it didn't effect our stay. We had a great stay!

Summary: Fantastic location in a quiet area but still close to everything. Craig was very helpful and responded quickly. Despite a few things being broken in the storage closet (umbrella and boogie boards) the unit was well equipped to swim, beach, or cook a meal. We will ABSOLUTELY be back to this wonderful unit!

Summary: This is a super nice condo. The balcony was a great place to hang out, the open space in the kitchen and living room made it great for our family gathering, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The condo is an easy walk to the beach and to a lot of restaurants. We had an incredible stay.
