Positive: Great location, great prices, lots of restaurants in the area. Centrally located in Bole. Comfy beds

Negative: The balcony of my room had a lovely big tree right out the front. Only down side to this was lots of mosquitos. Reception let me borrow the bug spray and i zapped them all. I wasn't a huge fan of the hotel restaurant, but there's lots of food options in the local area.

Positive: Sun View felt very comfortable and homey~ the staff (everyone from the hotel security guards to receptionists, shuttle drivers, cleaners etc.) were all extremely helpful and friendly. The room was exactly as pictured, and we really appreciated having the lobby balcony and restaurant to chill in. Aside from general Addis construction making the surrounding roads quite busy, it was in the perfect location, and made getting around quite easy.

Negative: As mentioned in other reviews, there were some drain smells coming from the bathroom, and a few small bugs, but nothing other than that. For more sensitive sleepers, it can be quite noisy (construction, some nearby bars), but that didn’t bother us.

Summary: Fantastic staff, good facilities, happy, safe and comfortable! Would highly recommend!

Positive: We loved the complementary breakfast buffet and perfect location it’s close to airport and near Main Street.Me and mother were treated like family. All the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient especially Helen , who went above and beyond to help us she was so amazing .Many thanks to the hotel staff.
