Positive: Location and layuot of the place, spacious, good for kids to play around.

Negative: The staff in the reception were not polite, making annoying faces when asked questions!

Positive: I like the fact that is spread out over a big terrain instead of having the whole building squeezed in a small bit of land. As a result there’s lots of space in public areas and decent size bedrooms and bathrooms. Very nice pool area.

Negative: It was a bit challenging to get a staff to serve drinks and food in the pool area. It would be nice if the pool was clean every morning before guests arrived. No shower gel.

Summary: Very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Positive: Breakfeast is wonderful, staff, cleanliness, facilities, restaurant, meet, all is very good

Negative: During almost 4 days, I stay at room without Cable TV, it could be verified another supplier if is possbible.

Positive: I only liked the location and the room cleanliness.

Negative: The accomodation does not reach the standards for the price they charge. The pool was dirt green, didn't have water pumping. Does not have a single elevator, the staff does not help with luggage and does no park the cars.
