Positive: Beautiful island, nice coral reef, good food. We had a wonderful week. Thank you to our butler Thathi, who took care of us. The aqua bar staff were very friendly. For the price we paid, I think it was worth it!

Negative: The water villas don't have an outdoor bathroom, but you get used to it.

Positive: The room, the friendly staff and the choice of the two restaurants. The water was beautiful and clear and the snorkelling and diving quote special.

Negative: We were not made aware by the hotel or booking.com that there was construction of new villa's and our room overlooked a local island. The discounts offered on activities, spa treatments were also not clear.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay (apart from the construction), very relaxing and the staff were amazing!

Positive: The island is perfect, like a dream. But the best of all is the people working there! Sham took care of us and provide the best info for every activity we wanted to do, Siva had our beach villa clean and with everything we needed, in the Aqua, Hassan had always an ice cream and a smile for us, Imran was there to offer us a good conversation and whatever was needed. I cannot write all the names, but thanks to them, we are looking forward to our next visit. Thanks for making our stay unforgettable! ☺️♥️

Positive: Fantastic staff all around, everyone went out of their way to make us have a great stay, The staff really makes the resort great. Special mention to Ferdous (cleaned our room twice a day), Vijay, Zayan and Rita at the Aqua and Thathi at reception. We stayed in the overwater villa with the small pool which was amazing. Highly recommended. There was a few days of storm and wind so we couldn’t snorkel initially but when we did we enjoyed the house reef. Is is not very long but the corals seem to be more healthy than what we have seen before and we did see lots of fish. There is an inhabited island right across which does make the it feel less remote than what we had expected. The food was really good, we had the half board option and occasionally had lunch at The spice. All of it was excellent with fresh grilled fish and meat as well as other things like Wok, pasta, risotto etc. freshly made to taste. We also used the gym which is super clean with new machines and a nice view of the ocean.

Negative: The tennis court and badminton court are not that great. The tennis court is concrete and the water stays for a bit after it rained and also not kind on the joints but I think not many people were using is. Everything else we liked.
