My 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1st floor oceanfront condo is fully stocked and ready for guests! It is on a no-drive beach in quiet Ormond-by-the-Sea with beach access directly across the street from the building. Enjoy breakfast on the patio as you watch the sunrise over the ocean. When you come up from the beach, relax by our beautiful pool!
The condo sleeps up to 4 (1 queen bed, 2 twins), with SMART TVs in the living room and master bedroom, a DVD player, cable TV, and wireless internet. I completely renovated the unit in 2017, so everything is new and updated, giving it a "modern beachy" feel. The unit has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a glass cooktop, and a full-sized washer and dryer. I have grab bars in the shower and tubs, and beach chairs, boogie boards, and plenty of beach towels.
30-day minimum is required. I offer a 10% discount for 60-day rentals. I offer a 20% discount for 90-day rentals. Ask about off-season discounts (May-November). VRBO doesn't automatically incorporate the discount, so please email me at VRBO for with your dates and I will adjust the rental price for you.

Summary: Loved the view of the ocean from the balcony! The condo was clean and stocked with anything you might need. Very comfortable with a great 'beachy' feel. Our host Barbara was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this rental!!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Barbara's condo. It was great to be right across the street from the beach so we could walk the beach twice a day. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. The neighbors were friendly. We hope to be back again soon.

Summary: We stayed at Barbaras home for a family medical emergency and it was perfect. Barbara’s home was beautiful and well stocked. She was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to help us find another place to rent while my family continued their therapy. Beautiful view of the oven, cozy and very clean. Well stocked and easy to cook family meals and socialize. Anything you could need to cook is there already . There were games and books, tons of beach equipment for beach time fun. I absolutely recommend this property and the owner both were beyond expectations and 5 star all the way

Summary: I stayed at Barbara’s condo for three months while moving and it was perfect. I woke up every morning to the sunrise and took a walk on the beach. The beds are comfy and the condo is so nicely decorated with upgraded everything. Barbara was also super easy to communicate with and was a wonderful host. 10/10!

Summary: My family and I had a great stay in July at this property. Very clean, organized, well laid out and a breeze dealing with Barbara. The view is better in person than the pictures let on and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. We look forward to staying here again!
