Negative: Charged 5000:Tenge for lost card,which was simple door key card. Other hotels even don't charge

Positive: The Hotel is very close to the train station and the city is also very reachable. Also the bed was comfortable and the room was equipped with a minibar and quite a lot of storage. The whole room was very clean.
Negative: - The TV inside the room did not function well (image wasn‘t sharp and sound was very bad) - The water inside the shower took at least 5 minutes to get warm - Breakfast: The second day it was tasty and very nice. The first day it was very disappointing and really bad: One hour before the end of the official breakfast time there were only some pieces of hard (!) bread, a few eggs and two cold potato wedges left. Even though the staff saw and acknowledged us, apart from a few slices of ham, they made no effort to provide a proper breakfast. - There was no cleaning service at all and only one already half-used toilet paper inside the bathroom. It is quite sad, that the guests have to ask at the reception for more toilet paper… Very disappionting, especially for the price.
Summary: Comfortable but too expensive for what you actually get.
