Positive: Very easy Check in, everything was prepared and ready, Friendly Staff..

Negative: The use of the Washer and Dryer via iPhone was awkward and Expensive. The first washer load was "Free" but in order to pay for the $ 3.00 Fee for the use of the Dryer, I was forced to fork over 25.00. I wonder if I get my $ 22.00 back..

Summary: All in all a Pleasant stay at a good Location with easy Access..

Negative: The cabin was mixed in with RVs. The cabin seemed old and run down. The cabin was extremely small. Hardly any room to maneuver around the bed.

Positive: The park was nice, well kept, pool was nice.

Negative: We were not pleased with our cabin. It was called a Deluxe cabin & and it certainly was not deluxe. It was too small for two people to stay more than overnight. The counter where the sink was, was too high. There was no room to sit on the porch. For what we paid it was a big disappointment!

Positive: We loved it all, except that the deck furniture was filthy. We had to clean that before we could use it. The beds were pretty hard, but after hiking all day we were too tired to care. The shower was great. The accomodations are cute. The decks are very nice. Loved the good lighting, the windows, the handy shade, the stereo and speaker system were fabulous. It was a great stay.

Negative: Just cleaning up the deck before use.

Positive: Great location to visit Arches National Park and Canyonland NP. The resort is very quite, safe, the staff are very nice and accommodating.

Negative: We rented the cabin for 2 which in Booking.com offered kitchenet with kitchenware. There was none and the room was very small (it shows much bigger in the website pics). Fortunately, the hotel gave us a larger cabin with a full kitchenet and kitchenware.
