Positive: Amazing little motel right on the Lake with lots of seating and BBQ's for guests to use. Very clean and spacious room(s) with comfortable beds. There was a bit of a mix up with checking in but Owner got us sorted right away and came and found us to bring our key and paperwork. Super nice fellow!! Our 2 bedroom suite was updated and had everything we needed and a there is a nice coffee shop next door.

Negative: There is some maintenance work that needs to be done but you can tell they are working on it and a recycle bin for plastics and paper in each room would be great.

Positive: The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Kind of disappointed from the outside. Owner was friendly and polite.

Negative: All was well except the outside condition of the hotel was rundown. The rooms were in very good condition.

Positive: The manager hosts, where just that; great hosts and where there in a flash if you needed something. The purchased a floating raft (as the motel - resort is right on the water with their own private beach) and it was the highlight of my vacation as I relaxed and floated in the amazing Osoyoss sun with a beer in hand.

Negative: It would be nice to have towel service everyday without having to ask; but the service for getting the new towels was quick when we asked. The property in general is very nice, but could use a bit of paint on railings, etc. It's not run down but could use some attention.
