Positive: Location was close to town but far enough out to be very peaceful. Loved all the wildlife of a morning and afternoon.

Negative: Some comfy outdoor chairs on the back deck would have been amazing and the guys that stayed upstairs said it was a bit hot and stuffy a standard window would be great as it would open up a lot more to let the fresh air in.

Summary: We all had a wonderful weekend and will definitely be back.

Positive: Just loved it here. Jonathan was an amazing host— warm, welcoming, responsive, and so helpful! Just coming back to this house every night felt like home— peaceful, homey, and relaxing. Even had a kangaroo and her Joey stopped by at dinner. I wish I could stay here forever. I will definitely stay here again!

Positive: Beautiful location close to town but still in a rural setting. It was lovely to see the wallabies/kangaroos around outside and listen to the birds in the trees. There was amble room to park cars. Inside the home there was plenty of space to spread out so that we weren't on top of each other all the time. The rooms were all a great size and everything was well stocked. We'll be back to stay again.

Negative: No bathroom/toilet facilities upstairs. Other than that, everything was great.

Positive: Basically everything. The house was beautiful and clean and tidy, and we did our best to keep it that way during our stay. Quiet location and only ten minutes from the city. The host made it warm before our arrival. Perfect holiday home for us. Will definitely book again.

Positive: Unique house with a great layout for multiple families to come together. New and clean, very stylish. Dogs allowed outside which is always a plus. A very easy hours walk into Armidale centre on the bike path if you wanted to walk somewhere, you also have the stock route

Negative: It would be good to have had a full length mirror
