Summary: No towels in room,internet did not work at all even after going back to front desk to request help. TV remote not working… turned tv on and could not change channels or change volume. No towels and issues with terrible internet have been same last 3 stays. A lot of condensation on floor from AC made floor very slippery. Only reason we stayed was to go to mall across street but do not waste your time at this hotel.

Summary: Love the hotel the location is accessible to the mall. The downfall has no towel I have to call the reception but no answer at all, so I have to go downstairs to get a towel. Not satisfied for paying 4500 a night

Summary: Staff was excellent (front desk, bell hop, housekeeper, everyone)! Rooms were very clean. Shopping mall adjacent to the hotel was a bonus and included numerous dining options. Close proximity to the airport is one of the reasons I always stay at this hotel. The only negative point is finding adequate parking at times.
