Summary: As for the room it's good but the toilet curtains is full of mole that it seems not been washed or replaced and the remote control for the TV isn't there where also the towels were not inside the room too as if we were to request it will take time to come but as this is a small matter that they can rectify it in the future.

Summary: I suppose the hotel we stayed at in Kuala Lumpur set the bar pretty low, but this one would have exceeded expectations any way. Great staff, great location in shopping center and great food close to hotel. Love this place and we will stay again.
