Summary: Nice hotel, rooms and pool. I wish there were an on-site restaurant and bar. Adjacent mall is convenient only until 9 pm. Breakfast staff excellent. Food pretty good over all. Room service pricey because of no restaurant owned by hotel. Hint, get ice, beer, liquor, etc from mall marketplace. Mini fridge a plus. Bed too soft for me. Very responsive front desk and all cleaning and maintenance staff. Definitely would stay here again. The family suite with semi separate kid room was really helpful.

Summary: Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice. Breakfast at Cafe was good with, again, friendly and helpful staff. Location was good and liked being part of Robinsons Mall. Will choose this hotel again if I return to Cebu.
