Positive: Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and kind. The premises are beautifully maintained and it's lovely to sit out in the garden and to enjoy the delicious home-cooked breakfast.
Negative: The airport shuffle came 40 minutes late which was frustrating because I arrived at Ndola airport in the evening when it was getting dark, and there was no wifi at the airport. I appreciate the apology from the staff regarding this and I do believe they did their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Also, the wifi was really really bad which made things difficult for me because I had to work. In the end I had to borrow a phone with data from a colleague,
