The second bedroom features a full-size daybed with a twin trundle underneath, making it perfect for kids or as a quiet workspace. Summary: We had an amazing stay in this beautiful property - We especially loved mornings on the patio overlooking the ocean. There’s a great coffee shop about a block away, and the beach is just across the street. Communication with the owners was amazing. There was a power outage in Hampton Beach late one night and when I alerted Karla, she responded quickly and made the appropriate contacts to be sure the electric company had a crew on the way. Power was restored in about 2 hours. Beautiful condo in a great location.

Summary: There were so many items we found which were so helpful- food items like salt and pepper, oil, coffee, sweetener. It really was like being at home, with an ocean view.Our host was very responsive and polite. All in all, a great time. Thank you.

Summary: Well maintained, clean and cozy condo that couldn't be more conveniently located to Hampton Beach. Parking close to elevator. We felt safe and secure. Very quiet in late November.

Summary: It was perfect! I loved the balcony and listening to the ocean! It was beautiful to see the sun rise right from the balcony every morning. The kitchen was fully stocked and updated, everything was very clean and we had a lovely time!

Summary: The location, the equipment, the communication were perfect. It's close to restaurants, the beach, shops and you can see the fireworks from the balcony. The elevator simplifies access with luggage and children. We'll go back any time. Perfect for relaxing without constraints. Another good point: parking is secured by a barrier and far from street traffic.

Summary: The location of this property is perfect as there is no closer access to Hampton Beach if staying on Ocean Blvd. A new building so everything was perfect and excellent service provided by property manager. Great week and highly recommended.
