Summary: Good location for the Messe with a short tramride and a couple of stops on the U-bahn. The pension itselv is unmanned but common areas like kitchen, bath and toilets are cleaned nicely every day. We had a spacious room on the street level but no street noise. The comfort level is equal to a hostel but with nice beds, TV in the room and well equipped kitchen. Only complaint would be the really slow WiFi. For some reason we did not get the check-in information in advance so had to call the owner to find the entrance and get the code to the key box.

Summary: A nice pension with kitchen and laundry. Very close to transportation, grocery store. Very nice owner. Bring ear plugs for the occasional noisy guest in the house. Will stay again
