Positive: It is in a good location, close to the bus station. The staff are all nice and polite.

Negative: I room I’ve booked is the single standard room (with AC). To me, it is ok as the room is equipped with Fan, however, the windows can be open.. this is pretty sad. The bathroom is a bit dirty and smelly .. since I just stay there for one night. So it doesn’t bother me that much. I guess the room I have booked is going to renovate as the same type of room can’t be found in the booking page anymore.

Positive: The breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly.

Negative: The room was very loud, and there was mosquito netting on just one window. The AC did not work properly. The bathroom smelled horrible, and the door of the bathroom could not be closed as it was warped. The parking lot is a dirty patch littered with lots of trash. The hotel is located in the new section of the town, so it is a 25 min walk into the old section with the Ottoman houses.

Positive: The room is big and comfortable. The staff very nice.

Negative: The air con was not working.. We used the fan, that for this season was enough. The toilet sit was moving all the time. All the people smoke in the street and the smoke goes in the room.
