Positive: The location is extremely convenient — just a 2-minute walk to Alameda metro station at a relaxed pace. If you’re attending Web Summit, it’s only a 10-minute trip to the venue. It’s also very easy to reach any part of the city, whether by metro or by reasonably priced Uber. The apartment is close to the airport, and there are supermarkets, McDonald’s, and other shops nearby. The owner is very nice, kind, and extremely responsive. You can use the washing machine and iron, and there’s space in the morning to enjoy your breakfast calmly. There is a mini-fridge in your room, and the bathroom is very clean. The building is vintage but very clean and quiet — you will enjoy it. Overall, the stay is excellent. You will definitely enjoy your time here.

Positive: I stayed at the suite with my friend because we came for Web Summit and this location was ideal - close to the Alameda subway station and only a short commute to the Meo Arena. I was kindly greeted by Teresa who showed me where to find everything in great detail - she was also very accommodating regarding the check-in time, and was very quick to reply! The suite was very cosy, clean, quiet and comfortable. Thank you so much!! I'd love to come back another time. The area is residential and felt super safe at any time of day.

Positive: The main reason I booked the place was because it had a very high rating and I wanted a washer and dryer. The young man managing the place was very nice.

Negative: While it has a washing machine, it did not have the promised dryer. And since it was extremely humid the clothes took a very long time to dry. There were many other things promised, but they were not there, such as a garden view, a landmark view, a desk, additional bathroom, socket near bed, balcony, hand sanitizer, radio, patio, etc. But what I really didn't like was the fact it had no A/C (that was my fault for not reading the description closer). It was extremely hot and muggy without any A/C. Although the room was clean, the kitchen was not, the floor hadn't been mopped in a long time (see included picture of kitchen floor). And the place is very old. I cannot understand how it got such a high rating. I think the price is way too high for what I got.
