Summary: Great stay overall. The unit was really nice, clean and had a great view of the lake. It was also really quiet given the place was full so they have great sound control which is nice when trying to get away for a few days. The property is also great and seems to be a good place for a mix of family vacations or couples getting away. Only minor issue was that the only A/C unit was in the living room so it took a while to get the place to a reasonable temperature. The Hotels.com listing says "Air conditioning (climate-controlled)" under bedroom amenities but the thermostats either could not be set to provide cool air or perhaps weren't working. We didn't ask since the main room unit did a decent job but if you like a cooler place during hot summer months it may be worth double checking whether the actual bedrooms have A/C before booking.

Summary: A few things I don’t like: 1) there was a lot of dust and dirt under the pull out sofa 2) hair dryer did not work properly 3) there were eye contacts on the floor and window sill beside bed in primary bedroom 4) access to boats etc was not available until 10:00 hours which preludes us taking an early morning leisurely paddle on the lake. 5) lake was not accessible in many areas

Summary: This stay blew away our expectations, amazing place, great resort amenities, everything was above expectations. One of the best rooms I’ve stayed in ever. So clean, great views. Wonderful experience.

Summary: Room was very good. At higher floors you get nice view on the lake & mountains. Balcony is spacious. The lake is great kayaking, paddle boarding etc. All gear available. Early July the water temperature was great for swimming. Overall had a relaxing stay. The grocery store on the premises has everything you need. Can recommend it for families, groups, friends and couples. Only negative, in my view, is the tech-driven check-in. No human involvement, entered all kinds of personal data into an app that I’d hate to see hacked.

Summary: Very nice spacious apparment, well keep and very clean. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything one needs. The view to the lake was really nice and peaceful. The balcony is really spacious and even has a small grill. Really nice place to unwind for a couple of days.

Summary: Our second 10-nights' stay at Suites sur le Lac Superieur, and we loved it! What's to love: - amazing views of the lake and the nature, - tranquility, - spacious, clean 2-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms - ensuite with bathtub and second bathroom with shower, - well stocked kitchen with beautiful views, - practical with washer/dryer for longer stays, - very clean, - spacious balcony with electrical BBQ. Extra bonus: - included activities at Club de la Pointe (kayaks, pedal boards, canoe) to use for free :) - lawn tennis, volleyball, small gym, board games, dock / platform to jump into/swim in the lake, seasonal pool (was not open yet during our stay), sun loungers along the lake front to read a book and enjoy the nature :) There is a local grocery store right on the property, which has basic necessities, fresh produce, some ready-to-eat meals and coffees. Minor points to be aware of: - bring your own spices, coffee, tea and other essentials if you are planning to cook as well as parchment paper and plastic wrap (there was aluminum foil in the kitchen); - there is an A/C in the living/ dining room/ kitchen area, which cools down the bedrooms if you leave the doors open, however, might not be enough during mid-summer heat waves. We were comfortable in early June. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would come back again!

Summary: Parking was very convenient, with a designated parking spot corresponding to our room number. The convenience store nearby had almost everything we needed, including food and cleaning supplies, and the prices were reasonable. Since the check-in process was self-service, we did not have any direct interaction with the staff. The room was spacious, very clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped, even including cooking oil. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this property. I have two small suggestions for improvement: 1. Please inspect the bed linens a bit more carefully. Although they were clearly washed and clean, we noticed a few hairs left behind after laundering that could have been removed. 2. It may be worth checking the bed frame and support structure, as it made some creaking noises when turning over during sleep. Other than these minor issues, our stay was excellent, and we would gladly stay here again.

Summary: Nice place to stay. Close to many activities in Mont Tremblant, great nature trails, comfortable condo with excellent views. Our only caviat is the need for closer attention in the cleaning department. Cupboards in kitchen were greasy, bathroom toilets were loose, main bathroom left sink slow due to some clogging.

Summary: Greatly enjoyed my stay at Sur-Le-Lac! The suite was impeccably clean, well stocked with everything, and just steps from the lake. The 360 view of the lake and mountains was super relaxing. They have a cute store on site which sells everything you need. The staff are amazing, especially Philip who was so responsive by text. They have a gym, activity club, pool, and outdoor tennis court. The Loch Bistro onsite is a must visit! Really good vibes! Thank you for taking pride in your resort and maintaining it so well! We will be back this summer!
