Summary: We have enjoyed three visits to Suites Sur Lac with our family over the past five years. Our children were particularly fond of the unique amenities during our first couple of visits, such as the opportunity to rent a boat or kayak for a ride on the beautiful lake, the enjoyment of the fire pit with marshmallows, and playing volleyball. On this occasion, we were unable to utilize any of the amenities due to the unavailability of staff to assist with the boating equipment, and the fire pit was closed due to the high fire risk. While certain circumstances are difficult to anticipate, clear communication with customers beforehand would have been greatly appreciated, as it would have allowed us to adjust our plans accordingly. The room's condition was showing its age, which is understandable. However, a fresh coat of paint over a dried patch should not require excessive effort. Regrettably, we do not anticipate returning in the future.

Summary: Spectacular! This is a great place for a family get away. Activities, the views of Lake and mountains amazing. The place is spacious and very clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable and clean. Definitely would stay again any again. Top floor rooms best! Room 2303 was home away from home.

Summary: This place is amazing! We have two kids, aged 3 and 8, and we didn’t even have to leave the site for the duration of our stay — there’s so much to do! We especially enjoyed the boating, swimming (pool and lake), the kids’ club and the fire pit. The condo itself was in great shape, with a full kitchen and very comfortable beds. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!
