Positive: Location was good, 10 minute walk to 5th. But away from the noise.

Negative: Definitely needs some TLC. Ceiling in bathroom coming apart, ripped curtains in the living room, torn cushions on the rooftop patio, private pool needs a paint job. Need a new toaster, kitchen not very equipped, had to buy a sharp knife. Pots and pans are very old and tired.

Summary: Great location, penthouse Ok but not worth the money charged.

Positive: I liked nice room and equipped kitchen, very cozy balcony with plants, quiet street and great view. Also it is close to the grocery store, stadium and sea. For me important to not be disturbed, and I wasn’t nor by staff, nor by noise. I was happy here with my family. Thanks a lot to this place.

Negative: The light from microwave clock was too bright, I had to put a sticker on it.

Negative: We didn’t get our key. It took 3 hours of arguing for security to arrive and give us our keys. Could not cook , because the stove did not work. No toaster found . One only face towel in the bathroom and it was a rag, the kitchen dishcloth was no better . The front desk people were extremely helpful, friendly and helpful. The tv wasn’t working. The AC would start at a full blast, be on for few minutes, and then stop for the rest of the day and night. Location good, close to beach and shopping areas.

Summary: Not comfortable at all, definitely not for the money we paid.
