Positive: We stayed one night at this property. Exactly as described. Comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. Breakfast was varied with eggs and cheese in addition to yoghurt and pastries. Host very accommodating and helpful. Location very close to the railway station.
Negative: While not related to this property, we wish to alert travellers to the fact that Cassino train station has no elevators meaning everyone including the infirm have to carry their suitcases up and down stairs to get from the platform to the main entrance of the station. This is appalling. And sad to see how Cassino treats its visitors and residents.
Summary: Perfect One Night Stay!

Positive: Perfect location, close to the train station, super clean and more spacious than expected with a bonus balcony where we enjoyed a lunch with wine. Although hosts didn't speak English and I dont speak Italian we understood one another well. They have lots of touches that make it fabulous including a QR code to a welcome guide with allvyou need to know, , mood/low lighting and very tasty candies at a reception desk. I highly recommend this location.
Negative: I was just a tiny bit disappointed with breakfast. I had asked about gluten free when booking which was not there the first day but was on the second. I say tiny bit because there was yogurt, a fresh fruit bowl with lots of choice and so many types of tea to choose from. My non celiac hubby was happy with the breakfast and our host made fabulous cappuccino.
Summary: Great stay, felt like home

Positive: We stayed at SuiteIris during a visit to Cassino to watch the World University Cross Country running championships. SuiteIris was well-located for getting to/from the University, as well as walking to good restaurants and other amenities in the central core of the city. The family who run SuiteIris were very friendly and helpful, and their B&B had all the necessities and comforts. It was clean and the hosts were easy to reach by WhatsApp.
Summary: SuiteIris is a clean and comfortable accommodation, with a friendly and helpful host family.
