Positive: Best place to stay in Rome! Iva, our host. and her staff were great! Check-in was Easy, the apartment was STUNNING! Clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable in a convenient location to the sites of Rome. The property has an elevator to take you to the fourth floor. Iva kept in touch with us prior to, during and following our stay. She was available throughout our stay and provided us with alternate sites to see after one of our tours were cancelled. We couldn't ask any more of a host. Beyond our stay in Rome, Iva asked that we contact her upon our safe arrival home. Her apartment and involvement definitely enhanced our visit and made our stay in Rome amazingly unforgettable. We rented various apartments throughout Europe during the years. You can really tell the difference here as you feel as Iva has opened up her home to you as if you were family. We highly recommend staying here while in Rome.
Summary: Perfect Place

Positive: Our host Iva was delightful to communicate with before and during the trip. Her property manager Laura was also very nice and helpful. The apartment felt like home and the kitchen has all updated appliances. All cabinets were stocked with everything you need to easily cook and dine in. Each morning we would open the street side window to allow the sunrise come into the room as we drink our coffees. So relaxing as we prepared for each day and the 75 inch TV worked great!
Negative: Would recommend a corner style soap and shampoo rack or trays to hold soaps at chest level.
Summary: Wonderful accommodations and centralized location to easily walk to all major sites.

Positive: The apartment is beautiful, super clean, well-equipped, and spacious right in the heart of Rome. It is well-ventilated as well as ACs are functional. It also comes with a fully functional kitchen with plenty of kitchenware and top of the range appliances. The decor of the apartment is unique and it is wonderfully decorated with beautiful pieces of art. Everything was super comfortable, beds, sofas etc. We had everything we needed. The apartment is right in the centre very close to restaurants, places of interest and beautiful churches. The host, Iva is gentle and kind hearted. Iva together with Laura (the assistant) helped us in all that was necessary. They also left things to snack on, like taralli and also left us a bottle of wine. There is a functional lift which takes you up right infront of the apartment. We had a wonderful time and we would definitely book this apartment again.
Negative: Everything was perfect
Summary: Perfect apartment in Rome
