Negative: When I arrived, there was no one I could get the key from. There were no special instructions sent. The description says that there is a automated check-in. There was a machine, but it was broken. When I called the telephone number listed on booking.com, it went into mailbox. I was quite upset and didn’t know what to do. Eventually someone appeared out of the basement with my key.

Positive: Close to where I needed to be. Good facilities. Clean.

Negative: It didn’t have air conditioning and the temperature was over 90f which made for a very hot room. There was also a bit of a strange smell in the room.

Summary: Good location, with easy access to the tram system. Room was clean though did get really hot due to the outside temperat

Negative: Not clean I found dirty towels in the wardrobe I had skin infection because floor was dirty The man to whom i did the Check in was rude and aggressive, he grabbed my wallet to take money und was aggressive when i couldnt understand how the door opens, even if he doesnt speak nor good english nor good german. Table and ridows were dirty.

Positive: It's like an ugly chick with lots of makeup... Would stay again if not better choice

Negative: The accommodation was the glaze n cherry on the top for me this time in Zurich. The greed in this ppl is unbelievable! After I booked i wanted to prolong my stay n they were notified right away, but they sent me a person who doesn't speak English so we couldn't understand each other. Lied to me that it's full so I can't prolong, BUT, there it was on booking.. WAY more expensive, of course I didn't have to take it but it was the only solid thing for new year's eve. Not to mention everything is on the verge of falling apart, n I ended up on the streets ON NEW YEAR EVE cause the card stopped working n they didn't want to fix it!! NOTE* they charge +50 for checking after 23h how crazyyy, That can be a night somewhere else! 1h away on foot, 15/20min by tram

Positive: Clean, bed is comfortable, nearby restaurants and trams stops and accessible. Very good communication from the accommodation management.

Negative: The cigarette smoke from the lobby seeps inside the room. The first night was horrible. It was as if we were sleeping with someone smoking inside the room. We were coughing a lot from the smell of the cigarette smoke.I had to open the window slightly to let fresh air in. The experience was a deal-breaker.
