Summary: What a wonderful property! We normally avoid VRBO because of the additional fees but we decided to stay based on the location. If you haven’t had a chance to explore downtown Palmer Alaska at Christmas, you need to do so. This location was 1/2 block from downtown, extremely well maintained, and it has a view of the fireworks from your front door. We will be back. 🎄🎄🎄

Summary: The suite we stayed in was newly renovated and was everything we could have asked for. We visited for two days and the kitchen was fully stocked with a ton of spices, perfect for our breakfasts and dinners for both days. Communication was timely, accurate and excellent. While we were staying, we were given a heads up that they were still in the process of renovating the outside ares and landscaping, which didn't effect us at all. They even gave us a gift for the inconvenience which was no trouble at all. Can't wait to see what it looks like finished. Highly recommend staying here!

Summary: The Colony Suites villages were very clean, professional staff, and a safe place for family. It has all the amenities for a longer stay in a small town. Very convenient to old town Palmer, AK. Close to coffee shops, antiques, souvenirs, and a variety of brew houses and restaurants. I would visit Palmer again because of Colony Suites.
