There are many hiking and biking trails nearby. 20 minutes from Traverse City and Suttons Bay. Nice backyard for kids and adults alike.

Summary: Property is cute and very clean. It is a split level duplex so be prepared for steps up to the main level and steps down to the bedroom level. The duplex was quiet; can’t hear anything through the walls and the neighbor is very nice. The best thing is the location. It’s a great central location for exploring the Leelanau Peninsula, Traverse City and the Sleeping Bear Dunes area.

Summary: Facilities were clean, new, and all maintenance was kept up. Didnt find anything broken or in disrepair. We had plenty of supplies and we were all comfortable during our stay.

Summary: The rental was clean, spacious, and in a peaceful setting. The owner was very responsive to our needs (he made sure we had soap , dish soap, and laundry detergent that was free of perfumes) and was quick to reply to our inquiries and even indicated he would follow up on the few recommendations we’d made. The rental was plenty big enough for the five of us. If you plan to use the kitchen, it has a very large refrigerator and enough counter space and lots of seating for dining. We enjoyed our stay.
