Positive: Close to the beach and restaurants. Quiet.

Negative: Roaches. Called for disposal repair. Called twice for AC repair. Internet service extremely spotty. Upstairs needs updating (floors, bathrooms). Having to call and ask for repairs throughout the week was frustrating and made it not worth the money.

Positive: Was close to the beach to the pier and gift shop and it was spacious.

Negative: The Wi-Fi stopped working after two days of being there, and the refrigerator was leaking water in the inside.
