Summary: The condo had obvious water damage. No secured internet. No tv service. Many doors do not close properly. Small refrigerator--3/4 size for a family stay. Upstairs was not used because of steep stairs and it overlooked the master bedroom. A/C was not working in one bedroom but the repair was completed the following day. No A/C in central area. Nice pool area, beautiful views, friendly neighborhood.

Summary: Few items; tub dirty,little bit trash in a bag on the floor & 3 glasses in sink, & no wifi. Beautiful place though, loved it.

Summary: This is actually a 2 bedroom/2 bath townhouse with a loft and narrow enclosed area attached to the bedrooms. This unit is not set up for business use for more than 2 adults. It would be fine for two couples with children unless you desire privacy. The occupants of the enclosed room must go through one of the bedrooms to access the bathroom. The owner is very nice, though.
