Positive: Liked just about everything! The thoughtfulness of our hosts and their attention to detail made our stay all the more enjoyable. Certainly one of the best - if not the best! - accommodation's we've stayed in over the last fifteen years of using Booking.com.

Negative: One very minor point worth considering - the ceiling mounted, motion sensor activated night light (if that's what it is?) above the bed was slightly annoying. We found it rather bright and it came on at the slightest movement.

Summary: Difficult to fault in any way. Highly recommended and would definitely use again if in the area!

Positive: Perfect location close to center parcs / aqua sana. Places to shop and eat all within a short drive.

Negative: Very clean, well furnished and with some nice touches; milk, juice, shampoo. Would highly recommend and happily return if in the area again.

Positive: This is an exceptional property, ultra clean, very tasteful decor, lovely farm views and the most wonderful, thoughtful hosts. The location made it easy to access shops and the A14 which gives easy access to the surrounding area. Private parking right in front of the property. Some extra touches of some snacks and drinks in the fridge on arrival.

Negative: Nothing, we couldn’t fault our stay

Positive: There were welcome gifts, porridge, biscuits and a little milk for a first cuppa.

Negative: We arrived to an overwhelming smell created by 2 very strong, and conflicting, air fresheners. This gave us immediate sore throats and headaches. Once removed it took all evening to ventilate the smell especially as the small bathroom had no window but it's own air freshener with the door shut. We considered not staying but find an alternative place to stay, there was nothing nearby, so we went out for the evening leaving all the windows open and the extractor fan on as it was unbearable. We did report this by text as there was no sign of the owner who was out for the evening. The owner was not interested at all in the issue and their response was rather curt. Sadly we will not return. We have stayed away many times and this is the first time we have come across this issue. Also the bed is right at the top of the stairs with a motion sensor light, which flashed with different colours whenever you moved in bed, which disturbed our sleep.

Positive: Lovely apartment, easy to find thanks to very specific instructions sent, lovely village and the local pub was great, owners were very welcoming.

Summary: Percfect overnight stay, would definitely recommend.
