Summary: This is absolutely a budget hotel, but that isn't a bad thing! The property was quiet, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was provided in the lobby and had plenty of options. I didn't end up using the kitchenette beyond the refrigerator and coffee maker, but it was great to have the option to cook if needed. Overall, I will stay here again.

Summary: This place is really good for almost double the price. Good pressure, hot water shower, comfortable bed, very clean room and gronds, friendly people with solid Kentucky accents, cumberland gap water bottles available. I was surprised how nice it was.

Summary: This property is no-frills, but one of the CLEANEST places we have ever stayed. While it has a small kitchenette, there are no cooking utensils, mugs, silverware, etc. If someone wants to make use of these facilities, they must bring their own cooking equipment. The staff is very nice and helpful. All we required was a clean, safe place to sleep, and this fit what we wanted.

Summary: The newly renovated very clean room was comfortable and clean. All staff were very friendly and we had no issues with our stay. Would stay again when in this area!

Summary: For the price, this was a nice place to stay for 1 night in southeastern Kentucky. My room was spacious, clean, and I liked the breakfast buffet. It isn't the Ritz, but for a 1 night stopover, it worked great! The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly too.
